If you’re asking for your baby; its’ something you have to do on your own: you register where you want people to purchase your gifts.
If your asking about someone else’s registry (so you can purchase them a gift) then you have to find out where they are registered and look up their name at the Registry of that particular store.
Try:

Target (www.target.com)
Wal Mart (www.walmart.com)

You have to go on your own depending on where you want to be registered at. They guide you in setting it up, adding items to the list, and giving you cards to put in your baby shower invitations. They even send you coupons…
I just had my baby shower and was registered at Babies R Us and Target.
