Question by Jennie M: Anyone recommend me a play mat for baby?
I have 3 year old son and and 9 month old girl. My boy is very active, and my girl is starting to crawl.
I’m acutally using carpets on the play room.. but I feel uncomfortable using it for them.
Is everyone ok using carpets for the babies?
so I’m planning to buy a play mat for their safety.
Any recommendation?

We have hard wood floors and I am uncomfortable with doing area rugs because they move and slide some, and our twins like to lift up the corners and look under them. We do not want to do wall-to-wall carpeting so we spent a lot of time researching alternatives.
We went with foam play mats – they are great, colorful, easy to clean, interlock – our twins love to put them together and take them apart, enough cushion for when they were learning to walk and crawl, great educational tool . . . here is a link:
