Question by ♥ Poppy’s Mumma ♥: How do you get banana out of your babies clothing?
Before becoming a Mother, I never realised that banana stained clothes so badly. All of her burp clothes, muslins and bibs are stained with banana and it doesn’t matter how many times I wash them or how hot, the stains don’t come out. How do you all get banana stains out of your baby clothes?

I’ve never had that problem. I just use spray n wash on banana. Important to wash right away or just rinse it out with water and let it dry out quickly because it molds fast and you’ll never get that out.

I have had the same problem with my daughters bibs…it was because i was putting them in the wash pile and letting it sit their for a while.
Now i just run them under the tap and rub the banana out with my fingers while still sloppy.
If the material is already stained with the banana, just put them on a good boil wash. It worked with mine.
Hope i helped
If you don’t wash it right away it will stain a bit. I never had this problem with my daughter clothing.
I rinse it under the tap as soon as I can, nothing else works for me!
In SA we have a bar of Sunlight soap, it works miracles, research it and try to find something similar where you live.
It takes any stain right out, even red cool-aid!
I’ve gotten some of them out with oxyclean, but they tend to stay once they are really worked in. The ones that are stained now probably won’t go away completely and just make sure you rinse any others out immediately.
