Organic baby mattress or mattress cover?

Question by Born on 2/4/09!!!!: Organic baby mattress or mattress cover?
I am thinking that I want to buy an all organic mattress pad for my baby but they seem to be to hard to find. I came across these mattress covers that are supposed to keep the chemicals from a non-organic pad from getting to baby. What do you think? Should I go for the 100% organic mattress pad or buy a regular one and put a cover on it?

i don’t know where your from but here in ontario california they are all over the place
