Try AmericanGreetings.com. They have the best selection of printables and eCards, and normally at least some of them are free.
I subscribe to them and it’s about for a year, which is way less than I would pay for all the birthday cards (and other occasions) which I’ll be glad about when the baby arrives and I don’t have time to sit and write cards
