Crepes made easy for all to enjoy, with people have so many food allergies its hard to find some easy recipes. Also for anyone trying to have less meat in your diet, or for those vegetarians out there this just up your alley. Crepes freeze great and only take a minute to warm up. For stuffing your crepe let your imagination go wild ! Try veggies, fruit, meat even cheese. No one would ever know that these crepes were made with our milk or wheat. So why tell them let them eat healthy .. once they are done and tell you how great these crepes are then share the news. LOL Enjoy!

Hello there my fellow Latinos! For all of the minorities out there, if you don’t know already, we are very prone to being lactose intolerant. I myself am certainly guilty of that. But it’s OK, you can have your favorite drink like Horchata without the pain. (and embarrassment). This is Lopez from Being Latino and 8th Continent Soy Milk. The Crepes are Lactose Free,Gluten Free and Soy Free. Creme chess is a topping, not an ingredient. It’s not necessary to have the cream cheese I was showing the creme cheese as an “option” for those who don’t have lactose problems. If this was for a big party as a treat, you can make the crepes with different toppings labeling what topping is inside. Making a wonderful items that many can eat. You can also just eat them plain they taste great! Thank you for the comment.

ummmmmmmmm. Yo. Why not just make it without milk? I think a lot of people make it without milk. Ya milk does add something nice to it, but no one will miss the milk. The ground rice turns into a silky liquid just like milk….
