Every day that an inmate spends time in jail, the american tax payer must foot the bill. A totally new concept has launched in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area, which aims to reduce the amount of inmates in jail, provide access to lawyers and bondsmen at no cost & even provide a book-mobile in local jails – all through donations and memberships.
