Hey i threw a baby shower for my sister and i bought a few things of this website. They have some gorgeous little things. crystal dummys for keepsakes and little candles that looked like a bun inside a box that looks like an oven. its so great and reasonably priced. they do banners and balloons, baby shower games the lot. for everyone that came i had a blue plastic dummy on a blue velvet ribbon for them to wear around their necks and take home. I also made my sister a nappy cake filled with loads of little things for her and the baby.

When I had my son, I gave cigars made out of chocolate to the guys and a tiny baby boy made out of bubble gum in a small case. They were so cute.
I go to Bev Mo a lot for adult small gifts. They have those airline bottle-size liquors and other snack ideas that work for adults along with unquie beer mugs/glasses, etc.
Also, scratchers and lotto. Or a $5 gift card to Starbucks.
