lol everythin in america about weight loss. its a joke! atleast theyr doing sumthin about their little problem tho. or not so little…

Use a glass bottle like I suggested. Frutopia bottles are great for 500lm and the san pellegrino bottles are good for larger volume.

  3. dsmtsi says:

I use tap water and a water filter.

You do realize that there is absolutely no regulation on bottled water in north America. If you are buying bottled water chances are it’s just tap water from where ever it is bottled anyway.

    I mean it tastes foul!

  5. ibmsony101 says:

Then what the hell do we do if no container is safe?

  6. ibmsony101 says:

How do you fill them? I mean, what is ource of water that you use? If tab water, do you use a filter?

  7. ibmsony101 says:

Where would you get the water to fill the metal bottles? Are the big plastic water contaiers ok. Tab water where I live tases bad.

there is only one catch with the aluminium water bottles…recent studies have shown that food and water containers made out of aluminiun may cause alzheimer…

Sara, I went toy our webstore to see if you have the yoga toe socks but can’t find them.

Where can I get them, they would be perfect for my GF. I am in Canada BYW.

    thx.

I use glass bottles for water. For a 500ml bottle I use a Frutopia bottle, and for larger amounts I use Parrier. They are pretty durable bottles, I keep mine in my gym bag, even in my soccer bag that gets thrown around a lot and not one has broken yet.

  13. dsmtsi says:

Good vid. I like the Yoga socks and dryer balls but I don’t know about the Aluminum water bottles.

I agree that plastic water bottles are not good for you, especially the really thin 500ml bottles. But Aluminum and stainless steel aren’t the way to go either.

Aluminum is just as bad and the stainless steel bottles are made in china which seems to produce many things with some lead content which is much worse then plastic to begin with.

  14. MsCrowQueen says:

the water bottles are a great idea. I’ve noticed there has been a funny taste in the plastic water bottles that i buy at the store now. so i think those water bottles are a great idea

  15. beesbuzz says:

doesn’t aluminum give you Alzheimer’s… i wouldn’t feel comfortable drinking water out of that

then again plastic water bottles are supposed to make you infertile…

  16. Hoontae says:

  19. achampag says:

hey sara, LOVE this vid! i just got those socks for the price you quoted at target. and i really like the idea of no more dryer sheets. checking that out first!
    =)

  20. achampag says:

yeah man, lets waste everything we can all day forever!

  21. ShaneM686 says:

How can you possibly say this?
    Pure ignorance.

I hate trendy groups/fads, but going green makes sense if you rationally analyze the situation we are ALL in today.

  22. lehman says:

    going green is a scam
