Diapers! I always loved when people brought Diapers and wipes. Because I would get lots of other stuff but you can never get enough Diapers. But get size 1 or 2 to be safe!
Or what is always good is a gift card to walmart or something like that with a nice card.

Guests can use clothing friendly markers to draw on baby shirts, onesies or bibs. These can be given to mom afterwards both as a reminder of the shower and to use.
You can also creatively help out mom with her baby shower thank you notes. First, create a nice gift basket that your guests can win. As the guests arrive at the shower, have them write out their name and address on an envelope. Put all of the envelopes into a box and, once everyone has arrived, draw a winner from the box. After the draw, give the already addressed envelopes to the guest of honor. This will make it much quicker for her when she finally gets around to her baby shower thank you cards.
Crafts are tricky, and usually need to be well thought out in advance for them to be pulled off well, so there are a few ideas!
look up homemade showers. youll find decorations and favors. most things will be baby food jars filled with candies as a favor, or leaving the food in as a game. hankerchiefs can be folded into diapers. check out the dollar store for little ducky themed items. find a cute jar and have people fill it with advice for the new mom. grab a cheap pack of diapers and have people race to put it on a balloon. maybe even some cute little magnet frames and you could photograph the mom with each of the guests. you could even go to a craft store and flip through their books. i just found my favors yesterday so i know there are a bunch of useful sites. good luck, have fun!
are you asking for like party favors? or gifts? if shower favors you can buy little bottles and fill them with bath salts. you can make Can with candy molds very easy and inexpensive…if they are gifts diapers and wipes are a big help to the expecting mother… also if she is going to be feeding the baby formula find out what kind… that is always a big help too….. hope this helps… if it is party favors you are looking for you can always contact me and i can give you more ideas….
