Question by Voldemort: Can someone tell me what the pictures in this link are?

I found it linked off from ebaums world and it said that it was strange baby toys, like the link says.
I saw the pictures and was absolutely horrified. Are those actually toys? I didn’t leave the page open long enough to read.
