The Hong Kong government also announced Sunday that tests found melamine in Chinese-made Nestle milk. The Dairy Farm milk was made by Nestle’s division in the Chinese coastal city Qingdao, it said. The Swiss food and drinks giant issued a statement Sunday saying that none of its China-made dairy products contained melamine. “Nestle once again expresses confidence that none of its products in China is made from milk adulterated with melamine,” the statement said. It did not specifically respond to the Hong Kong report of tainted Dairy Farm milk. Meanwhile, Singapore said Sunday melamine was detected in samples of White Rabbit-brand Creamy Candy. The popular Chinese milk candy was pulled from shelves in the Philippines last year after health officials there claimed it was tainted with formaldehyde…. Already on Friday, Singapore suspended the sale and import of all Chinese milk and dairy products including milk, ice-cream, yogurt, chocolate, biscuits and candy, as well as any other products containing milk from China as an ingredient. Just check the labels to make sure you know where a food was produced. If it was produced in China then you really have no idea what is in it. BTW also avoid honey products that claim to be “Blended American Honey”. That is a code word for third world honey products that are blended with American honey to get the label. I know this because my family produces honey. Chinese adulterate thier honey with various syrups. It takes a very sophisticated test to determine this.
This is apalling. I am not racist at all, I mean, look at the peanutbutter scare over here in America, but when you look at all the products shipped over here from China that contain led and other toxic chemicals, it is quite disturbing.

actually the laptop was very good. I meant to say that it was the webcam that sucked. If I could of gotten a new webcam installed it would of been great. But it was stolen and now I got a new web cam. HP Pavillion dv7. all good.
China is known for several things but two stick out in the mind the most. One, they continue to breed themselves out of existence, i.e. percentage of males to females. If not for the influx of European blood during the silk road trade days they would’ve ceased to exist as a people entirely. They are doing it again, the ratio of men to women is 14 to 1. Im an American in Taiwan and I and my family have eaten the white rabbit candy and Nestle laced candy from China and drank many products laced with melamine. That pathetic President Hu Jintao is responsible for allowing it to go on for so many years. It is clear that the persona that China tries to show is clearly a fake persona. They are rude, cruel and heartless. They dont deserve to be in the UNITED NATIONS! They should be investigated by the UN Commission on International Trade Law.

I have not had an LG laptop. My hugest complaint with the HP DV9000 was the corrupted software it was shipped out with and the sucky webcam. Other than that I am happy since i fixed the software issue. Oh and the optical drive is a bit sensitive to how you load the cd.
