This is made out of a bunch of sample pieces of cloth from Designers Guild Kids sample catalogue that I once bought cheap from a boutique closing sale, and out of a weird poncho type of piece of clothing made out of knitted wool that I once bought from a reconstructed clothing store in Sweden. I felted the poncho thing and started cutting it. It became too small and I cut holes and cuts in it and filled them with this Designers Guild thing. I had already made a special material out of the samples by putting them on top of eachother and making all kinds of shapes with sewing machine, then cutting it all into one layer… applique-type of things… oh my English, sorry…

This is made out of poncho type of square tube piece of clothing that I once bought from a store in Sweden selling reconstructed clothing. So now it’s double reconstructed. I felted the wool it in the washing machine and just cut it into shape. It is combined with a applique-type of pieces of fabriq that I made out by layering, sewing and cutting several quilts together from Designers Guild Kids sample catalogue I once got cheap at a closing sale.

The feeathery collar used to be the helm of the boncho. The buttons are secondhand buttons.
