   I think its not, and I don’t know who would be in their right mind to buy it. Most packages/cans etc if not for retail sale have fine print somewhere them stating “not for individual sale”

   I don’t think it is illegal, but you probably shouldn’t. It can go bad or get damaged in delivery. Also, you shouldn’t buy it off ebay or anywhere other than a legit retailer. There is a large market for stolen baby formula and it is bad for your baby to feed them this unregulated baby formula.

   Nope. People sell it on Craigslist all the time. Athough I have a feeling a lot of people get it with govt assistance then sell it for drug money. Sad.

    You can sell baby formula on the net. Just make sure that you properly warn the consumer that you are not liable for any defect in the product.
