Go to craft stores and try finding material- sometimes you can take material to someone that does quilting and sewing and they can make you what you need. Otherwise just find someone who does it and ask them about it- advice is free most of the time.

You can try this very nice children’s store in Orland Park called My Own Little Room. I know they are on LaGrange Road near the mall. They do have a website which I have attached.
