I’m starting an in home daycare and I’m seeking nice, safe items for my daycare at an affordable price or free! Items I could use are extra bouncy seat, pack & play, baby swing, infant & toddler toys, learning toys and games, kids small art table & chairs, sleeping cots, mats, a cubbies, Easel, art supplies and/or anything you can think of. Please contact me if you’re donating these items or selling them cheap. Thanks — Mostly storage items

Get onto eBay, you can get stuff at great bargain prices.
Also go to charity shops, you will be surprised at what you find!
As long as you sterilise all these things before giving them to a child to save possible infections.

Since YahooAnswers is worldwide…it may be difficult for this to take place.
There could be quite a bit of expense in transporting. Anyway…Another suggestion… it’s almost Spring…watch for those neighborhood garage/yard sales! We also have something called Freecycle for our county. You can check your county as well. People post items and ask for items…everything must be free. Just helps keep things out of the “junk”. The public library often does a book sale at least once a year. A wonderful way to add to your collection at .25-1.00 a book.
Another word of advice…it might be good to suck up the expense and purchase new. I found this was the best way to go for me. That way I could set the standing on how the items were going to be treated because they looked new and we wanted to keep them that way. http://www.discountschoolsupply.com is very reasonable in their prices and they stand behind their products.
Also, my husband and I decided to apply for an Amazon.com credit card that is paid off every month and the reward is a $25 gift certificate for every 2500 points. Not hard to wrack up those points and I used the certificate for child care items. It’s amazing what they have available. Free shipping over $25 as well for products sold by Amazon.
