Question by Jennifer: anybody have any ideas for a red white and blue outfit for my infant girl for beauty pageant?
My baby girl 16 months old is going to be in a red white and blue beauty pageant. I would love to make something really creative but also inexpensive. any ideas?

you should use lots of sequins,the bodice can be blue seguins with white or silver sequin stars and the skirt part can be red and white sequin stripes.
