I have WIC but its not enough formula so i was wondering if i could use my food stamps(ohio)? any body know?

I would assume so…call up your case manager and ask. I do know that they take food stamps for baby cereal and other older baby food, like jarred gerber.

Yes you can buy baby formula with food stamps. My daughter is on food stamps and buys formula, baby cereal, babyfood all the time.
Im in mass and i can use my food stamps for the formula. So I dont see why it’d be any different there, I have WIC too and it is NOT enough for my 4 month old.
I’m not sure whether food stamps cover formula or not. I am not receiving governmental help. But I do believe that you should be able to get enough formula on WIC to support your child. If not, than you probably only need to spare the cash to buy one or two cans which is the least you can do for sucking money out of the system. It’s not like it’s that big of a deal unless you are not working at all. Which brings me to another question of why aren’t you working if you can’t afford 1 or 2 cans of formula a month??? It’s not that expensive, especially if you buy a cheaper brand of formula. And no it’s not because you need to be a stay at home mom to support your child. There are things called daycare, than you could get a job, work for your money instead of getting government handouts and then be able to spare a few bucks of your paychecks to buy formula.
Yes you can buy formula on food stamps hun. And don’t listen to that donkey over there talking about you sucking the taxes! My husband and I pay taxes like everyone else and I’d much rather see someone use them who really needs them, for their children and for food then spending it on this dang war and these politicians. At least some of our tax money is going to the people in America who really need it. Bottom line is we are going to pay taxes either way might as well be used for something useful. Stupid morons. People like that should just jump off a dang bridge! Furthermore if she did put her children in daycare guess what she’d be using your “tax money” for that too. MORON! All people need help sometimes.
