Welcome!Join Olympic Trials participant / USA ultramarathon champion Michael Wardian and his family at a celebration for Kinhaven School at beautiful Bluemont Park along the 4 MI Run creek.Course:The USATF-certified course (VA08016RT) is entirely on a paved 12′-foot-wide multiple use trail with no road crossings. The out’n'back course is slightly uphill going out and slightly downhill coming back. We share the trail with other users. Please be courteous to other trail users including other runners, strollers, and bicycles, and please always stay to the right.Directions:From Arlington Boulevard (Route 50), turn north on Manchester Street and continue till it ends at fourth Street North. Turn into the parking lot there. If that parking lot is full, turn left on fourth Street North, right on North Montague Street, right on fourth Road North or fifth Street North, and left on North Manchester Street to park at Bluemont Park North Shelter.
