Get the gel out of the washer by washing the walls of the washing machine, then shake the clothes to get rid of the gel, then wash the clothes again.

  1. father says:

Just take the diaper out and rerun the load. I had this happen just this past week one of my sons clean diapets got nocked off of our changing table into the laundry basket.

  2. LowCostGamingLaptop says:

Let’s try to use salt to clean it out.

  3. Shan says:

Vacuum the gel out with a shop vac. If you don’t have a shop vac, see if you can borrow one from a friend. If not, I’m sure you can rent one from Home Depot or Lowes.

After vacuuming, wipe the inside of the washer down with wet paper towels to remove the last of the gel.

I wouldn’t run the washer until after this clean up. That gel is extremely absorbent and it expands. It could easily clog your drainage pipes.

    Good luck.
