Where did the law saying that children/toddlers clothing needing to have an ingredient making it(continued)?

Question by Shanna♥: Where did the law saying that children/toddlers clothing needing to have an ingredient making it(continued)?
Where did the law saying that children/toddlers clothing needing to have an ingredient making it non-flammable?

I’m doing a science fair project where I am testing whether or not the flammable clothing cleans better/worse than the non-flammable, and I need to do research on the history of the law…any help?
