if you are talking about a porta crib then yes you have to buy specific sheets for them so that the fit right

Diapers, wipes, onesies, pants, shirts, socks, pajamas (get some wearable blankets! Those are awesome, and then you don’t have to worry about your baby getting the blanket over her head!), bibs, caps, sweaters/jackets, burp rags, crib, bassinett (if you want to keep her by your bed for a while), bouncer, swing, highchair (not for a while), stroller, carseat, bottles (since you like organic, consider glass bottles! I plan on breast feeding, but I will have to go back to work, so I will be pumping eventually, and I don’t want to have to heat up plastic bottles… I don’t like the toxins, even if they claim they’re 100% safe… I’m a hippie at heart I guess), carrier or sling to hold your baby, toys, books (it’s good to start reading to them early on)… I know there’s more, but I can’t list anymore on the spot. Lol!

I know where I live there are a lot of organic baby shops downtown too… so you could go check out your stores in town, or try the nearest big city.
Also, check out this online site… the clothes are pricey, but that’s what you get w/ organic clothes! Lol.

you should get the basics clothes, diapers, formula, bottles, bibs, baby powder, ointment, you should also talk to your doctor about what medical items you need incase your baby gets sick. but other than that stuff, wait till your baby shower. you should get a lot of stuff there because people love babies for some reason hahaha good luck though :]

Hi,
Well, besides alot of help you need:

crib
mattress
bottom sheets
receiving blankets
footsie pajamas (all she will wear mostly for 3 mos.)
a mobile
diapers
diaper pail
bouncy seat
carseat
stroller
rocking chair
diaper cream
gas drops (mylanta)
bottles
nipples
pacifiers (perfectly fine don’t let anyone tell you otherwise)
bibs
little spoons (eventually)
baby bath tub
little wash cloths
baby towel
baby wash
highchair
forward facing car seat

Better yet, here are some things you won’t need:
Wipes warmer
pillow
comforter (not for a while)
burp cloths (receiving blankets work best)
dresses or any type of fashionable clothes or shoes for under 3 mos.
hair accessories, they don’t stay in
changing table (use the couch or crib)
diaper holder

I have a baby girl too! Even though the girl stuff is fun, the most important things for any new born baby is pampers, wipes, onsies and comfy play cloths. Try not bulk up on formula cause it’s expensive and you can’t be sure which one the baby will like

Forget the cute, in-style, and girly things. Never mind all-natural, recycled, or organic. Go for the price. Babies are very expensive. The things you want are more expensive. More important than having the exact thing you want is having what the baby needs.
Diaper$, bottle$, burp cloth$, diaper$, toy$, formula, food, and diaper$. Get the store brand, or Luvs, whatever fits your kid the best and doesn’t leak. The yard sale is your friend for clothes. Get hand-me-downs as often as possible. I’m sure there’s somebody around you that has a crib or high-chair they’re looking to get rid of.

Don’t be fooled by things like organic or all-natural. They are most often buzz words, marketing tools to get your attention. Feces is organic. Arsenic is all-natural.

You are going to need:
diapers, bibs, sock, shoes, allllll types of clothes (babies poop alot on their clothes, so be ready for up to 4 outfits a day), wipes, pacifiers, vaporizer, crib, mattress, changing table, crib set, dresser, bottles, breast pump, etc. There are many great store out there and many stores have organic/recycled items. Go get registered at Babies’ R US. They have everything!! you will need onesies, washcloths, burp cloths, bottles, diapers, baby crib, bumper pads for crib, baby washing items, wipes, o gosh, its alot! but i would def go to babies r us like i said, they have so much and also offer free seminars on everything. they give you guides as to every type of item you will need. good luck!
